FREE "QUICK DIAGNOSTIC"

Call or bring your computer in for a free "quick diagnostic" today!  Also don't forget to visit the self help page.

What might appear to be a "big computer problem" could be something very simple. Perhaps a cable wasn't connected properly... perhaps your monitor is dead... or perhaps your computer isn't booting simply because you have a disk inserted in a drive that is first in the BIOS boot order.

A quick diagnostic of your PC could also indicate that an expensive repair likely lies ahead. If you have an older laptop with a failed non-standard part (such as motherboard, monitor, hinge, etc) then it might not even be worth your while to proceed with the repair.

NOTE: A "quick diagnostic" cannot always definitively pinpoint the root cause or causes of computer problems. Some problems (such as defective RAM) require extensive testing. A quick diagnostic may only yield a probable cause.
