Why wait for to fix your computer?

Here's a report of a customer waiting 12 days after an estimated wait of 7 - 10 days was given. The customer was charged $415.00 for a diagnostic + Windows reinstall + system drive replacement. PCR would have charged only $100.00 + the exact cost of the drive to do the same job.

FAST SERVICE AT PCR

Unless stated otherwise, PCR begins work on your computer as soon as it is brought in or picked up. In most cases PCR fixes computers with software damage within 24 hours if not same day. If parts are required to complete the repair, then add 1 - 2 Fed Ex or UPS delivery days (Monday through Friday). PCR usually only keeps a small stock of hard drives on hand.

If reinstalling Windows is ultimately what is required to repair your computer (as a result of hard drive failure, etc), that's when you will see a huge difference in the service you get at PCR compared with what you get at the chain stores.
