Backup of your critical data, document and settings. Up to 7.5 GB of data saved to a dual layer DVD, or 3.75 of data saved to a single layer DVD. Note that in order to copy data back off of a dual layer DVD you will need a DVD player that is compatible with dual layer DVD's such as DVD +R or -R.
