Often people have what appears to be just a small computer problem or task -- NOT a boot problem, sluggishness, a virus, blue screen errors, etc. Perhaps you can't delete a file... or maybe you keep getting a single error message at start up that you want to eliminate... or maybe you need to create a slipstream CD. Other times it falls into that "bigger problem" category. Some seemingly simple problems can require a lot of effort. PCR may only tackle bigger problems at the standard repair rate of $100.00. If PCR initially estimates that you have a "small problem" and quotes you a "small problem" price based on the symptoms you describe, but later concludes that it is a larger problem that can only be fixed at the regular repair price, then you are free to say "no thanks", and there would be NO CHARGE at all. So there is no risk.

Either way expect an estimate based on $30 / hour (add $20 if the work is done on-site at your business location. Compare with others in the area who charge by the hour for on-site work at $95.00 per hour.
